Oscar winner and Tony nominee Sally Field and stage and screen veteran Bill Pullman have begun rehearsing the new London production of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons, presented in a partnership between Headlong Theatre and the Old Vic. Jeremy Herrin directs the spring 2019 staging, which will begin performances April 13.

Field, an Oscar winner for Norma Rae and Places in the Heart, appeared on Broadway in 2017 in The Glass Menagerie, earning a Tony Award nomination. Pullman, known for his performances in such films as Independence Day, While You Were Sleeping, and The Equalizer, has appeared on Broadway in The Other Place, Oleanna, and The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia? (which Field later stepped into as well). The production also features Jenna Coleman and Colin Morgan, with Bessie Carter, Oliver Johnstone, Kayla Meikle, and Sule Rimi, with Theo Boyce, Roy Redman, and Russell Wilcox rounding out the ensemble.

Like many of Miller’s works, the 1947 drama explores the Everyman’s reach toward the American Dream as the Keller family grapples with the loss of one son and the return of another after World War II.
